CONFERENCE FEE:

The conference fee includes active, full-time, participation in the two-day Conference (certificate participation), with the possibility of publishing the short paper in scientific monograph WUT (20 points from the list of MNiSW) or poster, two-day catering, conference materials:

- PLN 300 for students and PhD students;

- PLN 500 for academics and other participants.

In the case of co-authored submissions (max. 5 co-authors), at least one co-author of the paper or poster is required to attend the conference in person.

Due to the limited number of participants, the decision of paper acceptance will be made by the Conference Scientific Committee. Information about the qualification of the paper for the conference will be sent by the Organisers after verification of the received submissions.

SHORT PAPER SUBMISSION – EDITORIAL GUIDELINES

Submission should be completed in English only.

The title of the paper (max. 150 characters), the paper in English (min. 500 max. 560 words), bibliography (min. 3 max. 5 bibliographic items) should be provided. APA style bibliography is required.

A paper can be submitted by a maximum of five co-authors. Selected papers chosen by the Scientific Committee will be presented at the conference. The other papers, after a positive review by the Scientific Committee, will be published in the scientific monograph by the Publishing House of the Warsaw University of Technology (20 points MNiSW). A declaration of agreement for publication by the WUT Publishing House will be sent to the authors at a later date.

POSTER SUBMISSION

Submit your application in English only.

When submitting the registration, please provide the title of the proposed poster and a description (500-560 words).

A poster can be submitted by up to five co-authors. A template for the poster presentation will be sent to authors in the middle of May. The posters will also be published in the WUT monograph. A declaration of agreement for publication by the WUT Publishing House will be sent out to authors at a later date.

IMPORTANT DATES:

22 April 2024 – deadline for papers’ and posters’ submissions

10 May 2024 – notification of papers’ and posters’ acceptance 

20 May 2024 – deadline for posters’ submission for publication in the monograph (a template will be vailable later on the conference website, and sent out to the authors)

23 May 2024 – final deadline for payment of the conference fee and the final deadline for registration for the conference (without a paper or poster)

3 June 2024 –  announcement of the conference programme

10 June 2024 –  deadline for speakers to submit presentations of the conference in powerpoint or pdf format

17-18 June 2024 – conference is held
