The conference will be preceded by the opening ceremony of the Experiment Pavilion designed and built within the A3 course - Architecture of Technology and Structure - Context and Meaning at WAPW, led by Prof. Anna Maria Wierzbicka and the team.
The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday, 28 June 2026, at the Royal Łazienki Museum in Warsaw - next to the Hermitage building. Following the opening ceremony, a special guest will give a lecture at the Palace on the Isle.

The conference fee is PLN 800 for all participants and includes active, in-person participation in the two-day conference proceedings (including a certificate of attendance), catering, and
conference materials, as well as the opportunity to publish a scientific article (short paper) in a Warsaw University of Technology monograph worth 20 points (MNiSW list) for participants who register with a paper by 24 April 2026.

For multi-author submissions (up to five co-authors), at least one author must attend the conference in person. Additionally, each co-author is required to register for the conference in order to confirm their authorship.
SUBMISSION OF A SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE (SHORT PAPER) – EDITORIAL GUIDELINES
Please complete the application form in English only. Participants are required to provide the following information:
• The title of the article in English (up to 150 characters).
• The text of the article in English (between 500 and 560 words), which should include:
a concise introduction outlining the problem context, a clearly defined research aim and question, a succinct thesis, a brief literature review and method description, an argumentative analysis, and concise conclusions.
• Bibliography (3 to 5 references), formatted according to APA style (in English).
Scientific article (short paper) is a concise scientific publication aimed at presenting a clearly defined research problem, an original interpretative perspective, or preliminary research results related to the theme of the conference. Submissions that receive a positive evaluation from the Scientific Committee will be published in a monograph issued by the Warsaw University of Technology Publishing House (awarded 20 points by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education).
In addition, selected articles will be submitted by the Scientific Committee for publication in a special issue of the Środowisko Mieszkaniowe journal (awarded 100 points by the MoSaHE and indexed in the Scopus database). Authors will be informed of the publication decisions after the conference, by the end of September 2026.
Due to the limited number of presentation slots available during the conference proceedings, the Scientific Committee will select articles for oral presentation. Information regarding the selected submissions will be communicated by the organisers following the review process, no later than 11 May 2026.

• 12 June 2026: Deadline for submission of presentations by conference speakers
• 28 June 2026: Opening of the Experiment Pavilion
• 29-30 June 2026: Conference proceedings
